Nordic Valley

Nordic Valley Ski Resort, located in Eden, UT and only 25 minutes from downtown Ogden, was first established in 1968. Nordic Valley offers beginner, intermediate, and advanced terrain for skiing and snowboarding with 140 skiable acres, 23 trails, four lifts, a terrain park, and snowmaking which covers 60 percent of terrain. The Utah ski area receives an average of 300 inches of snow annually, and has a 965 foot vertical. It also features a day lodge, rental shop and ski & snowboard school.

Brian Head

Brian Head Resort offers The Greatest Snow on Earth, with annual snowfall of over 360 inches, and Utah's highest base elevation. Covering over 650 acres, the Resort has two connected mountains, Giant Steps and Navajo, offering 71 runs and 8 chair lifts.

Willamette Pass

While everyone in the family will enjoy the terrain at Willamette, advanced skiers will pick eight black diamond runs. There's night skiing and a 1,563-foot vertical drop. You will find 29 trails over 550 acres and an average annual snowfall of 430 inches. There's plenty of cross-country skiing too.

Sipapu

Sipapu Ski and Summer Resort is New Mexico's fastest growing ski resort. Located just 20 miles southeast of Taos and two hours north of Albuquerque, Sipapu offers family-friendly fun for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. Family-owned and operated since 1952, Sipapu is home to New Mexico's longest ski season and is well known as the first resort to open and last to close in the state. It also offers the best deals in the Rockies.

Sandia Peak

Sandia Peak sits high above Albuquerque and boasts perhaps the nation's easiest ski resort access from a major city via a 60-person aerial tram that rises more than 4,000 vertical feet in less than 20 minutes. It is New Mexico's oldest ski area and offers beginner and intermediate skiers and boarders some long cruisers. Weekends can get crowded and lifts are old, but a weekday powder dump even can entice experts to sample its slopes.

Pajarito Mountain

Your safety on the mountain is our highest priority at Pajarito Mountain. Because there are some risks inherent to snowsports, we encourage you to educate yourself about the risks and to adhere to responsible skier/rider conduct. Pajarito Mountain Patrol and Mountain Management enforce skier safety on Pajarito Mountain every day this season.

Arizona Snowbowl

Opened in 1938, the Arizona Snowbowl, located near Flagstaff, is one of the longest running resorts in the West having been open for 75 years. Located on the San Francisco Peaks with a stunning view of Agassiz Peak, skiers and riders have access to 777 skiable acres with a vertical drop of 2,300 feet. Six chairs service the area where the terrain rating is 40% beginner, 42% intermediate and 21% advanced, and freestylers will find the Sunset Terrain Park a good place to practice on the boxes.

Lee Canyon

Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort offers skiers and riders an excellent mountain experience just 50 miles from the Strip. Many have found it fun to ski and ride during the day and return to the glitz and glamour for night life. The Resort averages over 300 days of sunshine and 240 inches of annual snowfall. The resort offers 195 acres of lift served terrain as well as 250 acres of hike-to terrain. 'The Strip' Terrain Park also offers a variety of features including table-top jumps and assorted rails.

Hesperus

Just minutes from downtown Durango—11 miles west on Highway 160—Hesperus Ski Area offers 26 trails on 60 skiable acres, with 150 inches of annual snowfall.The double chair takes skiers and riders up to the 8,888′ summit for over 700 feet of vertical. Best known for night skiing and riding, Hesperus also offers tubing, rentals, ski and ride school and a snack bar and lodge.
